2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24-48 hours
• Notify the content uploader of the takedown (if applicable)
• Keep a record of the notice for our files

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Content Creators / Performers

If you are an adult content performer and your content appears on our platform without your consent, we take such matters very seriously. Please submit a removal request through our Content Removal Form and we will expedite the removal process.
